Sign in

1. Open your installation’s address followed by /login.
2. Enter your Email and Password. Use the eye icon to show or hide the password.
3. Click Sign in.

If something doesn’t match you’ll see “Incorrect email or password.” After several failed attempts in a row you’ll have to wait a few minutes before trying again.

Language

The sign-in, sign-up, password reset and invitation screens are shown in your browser’s language (English or Spanish). To change it, use the ES / EN switch at the top right. Once you sign in, the app switches to your account’s language, which you can change in My profile.

Reset your password

1. On the sign-in screen, click Forgot your password?.
2. Enter your email and click Send link.
3. Open the email you receive. The link expires in 1 hour.
4. Enter your New password and click Save password.
5. Sign in with the new one.

For security, the screen gives the same answer whether or not an account exists with that email. If the link has expired, click Request a new link.

Sign out

Click Sign out at the bottom of the side menu and confirm. You’ll be signed out of the app on that device; if you have several tabs open, they are all signed out.
